Upgrade

I upgraded to the pro for $9.99 but nothing changed in my app. No new features were added.

Review

Needs pink noise and possibly spectrum analyzer like audacity.

Works great for a free app!

:)

Great App

I enjoy using this app please update it to be able to be used in iOS 10

Stupid

How do you save the song after you record it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MAKE A UPDATE

Works great, simple to use

This is the best audio recording app Ive found. Most important for me was the ability to quickly begin recording (as quickly as I can take a photo/video on my phone) and be able to hear what I was recording on my headphones. This app has a lot of really useful extra features. I can pause and continue recording, layer and merge recordings, import other audio files from iTunes, and make precise edits. Two suggestions: include an Apple-native uncompressed format, and make it easier to share among apps on my phone. Id love to be able to share to GarageBand, and it doesnt work when I try to share to iMovie.

Awful

I am a very capable person, used to using sound editing software, and I have "lost" tons of projects w this app. I do things the exact same way and sometimes at the end of a long recording which gives all the indications that recording is on going, there is simply nothing saved when I press pause. A waste of time. I wish I could sue them over lost projects. The worst.

Horrible

Lost an hour-long session because when I hit pause, nothing had saved. So frustrating.

Awful

Does not open up my music from iTunes!

Dropbox upload missing for multiple files

The most recent update seems to have removed the ability to upload multiple recordings recordings to Dropbox. In the past I was able to select multiple recordings and upload all of them to Dropbox at once. Now it seems they need to be uploaded individually. This is a step backwards in usability.

Its not good man

Its not good.

Frequent crashes

I like this app. Its great for editing . Unfortunately it crashes a lot. If the producers can sort that out Id give it 4 stars.

Cant import Podcasts so I can snip & share easily

Can only import from iCloud. I wanted to import from the Apple Podcast app so I can edit snippets of podcasts & share them. I dont want to save a podcast to iCloud and then do it on the app. It would be great if the app let me import it directly

Mp3 capability is back

Hokusai has restored the ability to interface with onboard file converter apps, so you can convert to mp3, albeit one file at a time. A little tedious, but workable. I advise converting from mp4, as converting from .wav takes too long.

It worked well for me (iPhone 7)

For a school radio project it functioned perfectly! Thanks guys I really like the your service

Hopes Completely Dashed... [Although, Regained Over Time]

2016.11.15 - dang.. i REALLY wanted to like this app and to have reasons to use it. [...] unfortunately, the paste function seems to be incredibly confusing, and i cant move a section of waveform from one place to another- i can only dump the segment onto another track, in order to be mixed down with the rest of your audio file. secondly, the waveform view glitches out a LOT, completely disappearing when i zoom after a few minutes of editing, and i have to restart the app [...] the other features i bothered to check seemed to pretty much be in order (library sharing, exporting audio, etc.) [... it] really isnt easy finding decent free audio editing apps for iOS, and this one seemed like a winner at first glance.. i suppose maybe i saved some other users time, at least. life is hard enough, man.. [EDIT 2016.12.01 - upon further use, ive seen a significant drop in how often the wave preview glitches out. more precise and complicated edit options and effects are limited in the free version but have proven very useful, and the import/export functionalities are super convenient. i decided i needed to come give this app more of a fair review after getting to know the program, and with newly clear head and conscience, will definitely recommend this app if/when the situation arises.]

Good

Works better on iPad than does iphone. Is a good tool once you learn to use it!

Amazing

You can do everything like garage band. Its awesome!

Horrible interface

No worthy tutorials on it ...nothing to even suggest that its kind of a daw.....needs lots of work.peace

Worthless

Dont bother. Makes no sense, sound quality is bad, and it isnt worth the time
