Hokusai Audio Editor App Reviews

The best for voiceover tracks

This app is not for recording or importing long 30-minute sessions. They advertise the Ferrite app for that. This app will eat up huge chunks of storage and crash if you cant hook up to itunes on a computer once in a while to delete old cached data. You can also delete and re-install the app occasionally to erase built-up hidden data. Aside from that, this app works even better than audacity because silence is really silent, and you can zoom in and out on a track even while its playing. My recording studio has shrunk down to a tiny closet and is quite portable now, thanks to this app and my ipad. Itll be nice someday when the app will be able to output as mp3. That will save a couple of steps.

Undo Redo

Hi. Im afraid unlike the iPad version, your pro iPhone version does NOT have the undo-redo button! Thanks for your early reply in advance. By the way, thanks for the effects of the pro version.

Confusing

Its really tough to figure out. Way confusing. I deleted it. Better off finding a different app to edit your audio recordings.

Its not worth to install

Its not working at all, never try it, just waste of time

Needs update

Does not work with latest iOS 9.3 on an iPhone 6s. Features cannot be seen when trying to save

Bug & Request

When I choose my iPads Hokusai to open the wave projects airdropped from my iPhones Hokusai, My Documents is missing!!! Secondly, I would like to ask you guys to KINDLY ENOUGH add the undo button to your iPhone Hokusai version, too. Having said that once, Im simply repeating myself that shake to undo seems stupidly too boring especially when you are busy doing your audio projects in front of others through your earphones, you know!!! Add the undo button to the pro version at least. Thanks for your early development in advance. Regards
